Weather charges.
We are duty bound by DEFRA to maintain the kennels between 10 oC - 26 oC.
This is achieved with the use of heat lamps and radiators in the winter and Air conditioning units in the summer.
The major increase in electricity price has forced us into a situation where we must make a charge to cover these costs when either is used.
