Climate Control & Welfare
We are required by DEFRA regulations to maintain kennel temperatures between 10°C and 26°C at all times to ensure the comfort, safety, and welfare of all dogs in our care.
To achieve this, we use heat lamps and radiators during colder months, and air conditioning units during warmer periods.
Due to the significant rise in energy costs, the expense of maintaining these regulated temperatures has increased considerably.
Rather than applying additional seasonal surcharges, these costs are now fully included within our updated pricing.
This ensures a consistent, transparent price for our customers, while allowing us to continue providing a safe and comfortable environment for every dog, all year round.
