- We can administer medication, both prescription and over the counter.
- All medications must be clearly labelled with dosage instructions, in the original packing.
Belongings
- We are able to provide a bed and bedding, however if you would prefer to use your own, please feel free. Kennels are a different environment to home and beds may be chewed, it is also beneficial
for your dog to have a familiar smell therefore please take this into account when making the decision.
- You are welcome to bring toys or home comforts.
- While we try our best to return all belongings, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items (e.g., beds, toys).
Behaviour and Safety

- Dogs must be sociable and non-aggressive with staff and other dogs (unless special arrangements have been discussed).
- For the safety and well-being of all our guests and staff, we do not accept XL Bullies or other breeds classified under
current UK government legislation as dangerous or restricted. While we understand that individual dogs may
have different temperaments, our policy is based on legal requirements and the need to ensure a safe, secure environment for all animals in our care.

- Should we have any health concerns about your dog, we will make every attempt to contact you to discuss the issue.

- Your dog is insured whilst it stays with us – this EXCLUDES and pre-existing conditions.
